Pan Fried Pork Fillet

【Ingredient】
1 pc (300g) Pork fillet
20g Butter
【Seasoning】
1 tbsp Pearl River Bridge Superior Light Soy Sauce
1 tsp Pearl River Bridge Mushroom Flavoured Superior Dark Soy Sauce
3 tbsp Oyster flavoured sauce
2 tbsp Rice vinegar
Some Pepper powder
【Method】
1. Drain the pork fillet by using paper towel, then marinade with PRB Superior Light Soy Sauce and pepper powder for 1 hour.
2. Prepare the sauce by mixing PRB Mushroom Flavoured Superior Dark Soy Sauce, oyster flavoured sauce and rice vnegar together.
3. Melt butter over a low heat; pan-fry the pork fillet for 2 mins on both sides.
4. Pour in the sauce, cover the pan and cook for 1 min, serve immediately.
